About the position
As a Control Engineer, you will be a part of the Engineering team that leads the company’s technological research and developments in Microalgae cultivation, Photo-Bio-Reactor design, downstream processes, Control systems, automation and much more.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Control automation engineer with good analytical skills, strong programming ability and a detail-oriented troubleshooting attitude, to join us.
What will you do?
- Lead the development of core elements of the technology
- Research and develop multi-disciplinary products and systems controls, from basic IO devices to deep algorithm
- End to End responsibility for the Development process – architecture design, specifications definition, concept & feasibility tests, technology and vendor selection, modeling and simulating, motion profiles and control design, lab tests, system integration, Configuration control & Serial production transition
- Programming machine controller
- Work onsite
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Experience with machines vision and PLC programming- must have
- At least 2 years of experience in Control Systems design
- Fluent English
- Innovative and out of the box thinker
- Strong time management and Detail-oriented, highly independent
- Willing and active team player.
- Skilled problem-solver and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to find, understand and implement theoretical knowledge.
- Familiarity with PLC controllers, IO – hands on experience is an advantage
- Beckhoff controllers (experience with TC3)- advantage
