About the position
As an R&D Mechanical Engineer, you will be a part of the engineering team that leads the company’s technological research and developments in microalgae cultivation, photo-bio-reactor design, downstream processes, control systems, automation and much more.
What will you do?
- Research and develop multi-disciplinary products and systems
- Lead the development of core elements of the technology
- Mechanical design from basic concepts, simulations, to prototype assemblies
- Design experiments and testing for validation and result analysis
- Work on site
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in R&D positions
- Fluent English
- Innovative and out of the box thinker
- Strong time management and detail-oriented, highly independent
- Willing and active team player
- Skilled problem-solver and analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to find, understand and implement theoretical knowledge
