What will you do?

  • Research Planning and Execution:

  • Perform laboratory experiments, data collection, and analysis following established protocols.
  • Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field and incorporate relevant findings into ongoing projects.
  • Product Development and Innovation:

  • Participate in developing and optimizing new products or processes based on scientific principles and market demands.
  • Apply cutting-edge biological techniques to improve existing products or create novel ones.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Analyze experimental data
  • Interpret research results and present findings to internal stakeholders and team members clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborative Teamwork:

  • Engage in cross-functional collaborations with engineers, chemists, and other experts to integrate various disciplines into research projects.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, providing mentorship and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Masters or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in biological research
  • Strong expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex scientific information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong time management and detail-oriented
  • Skilled problem-solver and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
