About the position
As a System Engineer, you will be a part of the engineering team that leads the company’s technological research and developments in microalgae cultivation, photo-bio-reactor design, downstream processes, control systems, automation and much more.
What will you do?
- Engineering planning of systems.
- Support for ongoing engineering and operational activities.
- Planning pilot systems, control systems, and industrial facilities on a scale.
- Project management, including planning, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of facilities – in coordination with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Participation in the installation, testing, and operation of process facilities.
- Creation of detailed engineering documents for equipment and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering – must have
- 2-5 years of experience in process design, process calculations, and writing engineering documents Familiarity with process control systems
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal) – mandatory
- Strong time management and detail-oriented, highly independent
- Willing and active team player
- Skilled problem-solver and analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to find, understand, and implement theoretical knowledge
