About the position
Dedicated scientists and researchers in our quest to push the boundaries of biology and make a meaningful impact on society. As a Biologist in our R&D department, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization while contributing to the advancement of science and innovation.
What will you do?
Research Planning and Execution:
- Perform laboratory experiments, data collection, and analysis following established protocols.
- Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field and incorporate relevant findings into ongoing projects.
Product Development and Innovation:
- Participate in developing and optimizing new products or processes based on scientific principles and market demands.
- Apply cutting-edge biological techniques to improve existing products or create novel ones.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze experimental data
- Interpret research results and present findings to internal stakeholders and team members clearly and concisely.
Collaborative Teamwork:
- Engage in cross-functional collaborations with engineers, chemists, and other experts to integrate various disciplines into research projects.
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, providing mentorship and support as needed.
Requirements
- Masters or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in biological research
- Strong expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex scientific information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong time management and detail-oriented
- Skilled problem-solver and analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
